Before the building of our beautiful little country church, Quemado Cowboy Church started from very humble beginnings.

Without a formal place to call home, our congregation moved about several times over a nearly 20-year period, with locations ranging from a room at the village museum, to a gas station garage, to down by the creek under the cottonwood trees.

The property that the church building stands on today was generously gifted by the Williams Family of Quemado.

The local community came together, and thanks to their loving contributions of time, labor, materials and money, our little church was built from the ground up.

We are truly a Church Built On Love.
